Retail Product (Unity Healthcare and Dione The Ideal Lab)
Our products suitable for all skin types, including normal, sensitive, dry, oily, acne, eczema skin: they do not contain alcohol, parabens, SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate), PEG (petrol) and fragrance. we are cruelty-free and our products are not tested on animals.
For Singapore, you should receive your item(s) after 3 to 5 working days after payment. For oversea, it depends on the shipping method and the country destination.
Yes. Our topical products are safe for use during pregnacy. However, we do not recommend ladies to take any ingestibles such as supplements during their pregnancy.
OEM

It might take about 6 to 10 working weeks after confirmation of artwork and payment. It depends on the type of product, MOQ and the process to create your products. For more information, you can email us at sales@dioneinternational.com.sg

Orders

We apologize for the mistake. Please e-mail us at sales@dioneinternational.com.sg with your receipt number and mispacked item to further assist you.
Under Refund Policy for conditions such as customer dispute for product not received, product not as per describe, product spoil. etc. Our company will send a replacement to customer upon receiving the dispute.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1) Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2) Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
3) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4) Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
5) Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
Payment
Yes. you can amend your order if the order is not delivered yet and still going through the packing process. However, you are not able to cancel youur order once payment is confirmed.

Delivery
We will charge a flat shipping rate of $3.00 for Singapore delivery. For overseas delivery, we will advise the shipping fee separately.
