DTIL Soie Calmer Mask is a mask sheet made of silk protein that has excellent anti-inflammatory and repair effects, can reduce inflammation in a short period of time, improve facial paralysis, heal the skin damage. It also contains skin repairing ingredients like EGF and Peptide to stimulate skin growth and heal.
1) EGF: EGF stands for epidermal growth factor, which is a single-chain, non-glycosylated protein that naturally occurs in our skin cells. Its main purpose is to heal our skin by promoting DNA synthesis and cell proliferation. Once it binds to EGFR, which is its receptor, on the surface of the cell, the combination of the two kickstarts several signaling pathways that ultimately lead to results such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. As the healing factor for your body, EGF helps repair skin as well as corneal, intestinal, and mucosal wounds.
2) Peptide: Peptides are chains of amino acids that are the building blocks of protein in the skin. These short chains are able to penetrate the top layer of the skin, where they go to work delivering their anti-aging benefits, such as helping stimulate collagen production and fight fine lines and wrinkles. It have a relaxing effect on your facial muscles, helping to minimize movement and the formation of wrinkles. 3) Sodium Hyaluronate: Sodium Hyaluronate, an all-natural water-soluble form of Hyaluronic Acid, works in a similar way, offering better skin penetration and stability. The added gain when using Sodium Hyaluronate is that it penetrates the skin more easily than Hyaluronic Acid. Sodium Hyaluronate can be found in various molecular sizes and weights, each demonstrating a different benefit to the skin. The smaller the molecule size the more readily it is able to penetrate the skin to replenish its moisture barrier and to promote a firmer, plumper appearance while reducing the skin’s moisture evaporation.
